Build of the week goes to……

CPD Bodies British Heart Foundation Luton body.

The Lightweight Luton produced at CPD Bodies is an excellent rival to any other commercial vehicle bodybuilder in the UK and far exceeds the build of its predecessors. While still managing to keep the strength, rigidity and robustness of GRP the new lightweight Luton materials are a quarter of the weight allowing the customer far greater payloads than ever seen before. Made on site we specialise in body construction and a finish designed to maintain appearance throughout a full working life.

 

 

British Heart Foundation build is compact with an:

Aero Pod and collar
Lightweight GRP panels
One piece floor
Anodised alloy back frame and side rave
4 x hardwood timber rails
3 button wander lead fitted externally
Upper and lower floor bracing fitted to minimise body deflection. Manufacturer approved
Interior LED light fitted to the o.s.r
