As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for an experienced and commercially driven Internal Sales Manager to lead our internal sales team and maximise performance across all conversion sales activity.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a team of three Internal Account Managers and Business Development Executives.
You’ll own the performance of our internal sales function — driving lead conversion, sales growth, and CRM discipline through coaching, performance management, and your own sales activity.
Success will come from leading by example: improving call quality, enhancing conversion rates, and ensuring every opportunity within HubSpot is fully optimised to deliver revenue.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three internal sales professionals to deliver and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture that balances customer service with commercial results
- Drive KPI performance across lead conversion, enquiry follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Actively manage and close sales, handling both inbound and outbound enquiries for vehicle conversions (tippers, lutons, dropsides, and vans).
- Implement structured sales coaching, focusing on call quality, objection handling, and conversion improvement.
- Ensure HubSpot CRM is used effectively — maintaining data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and meaningful reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation with commercial objectives.
- Work closely with Production and Operations to ensure specifications and lead times align with customer requirements.
- Produce regular sales and conversion reports for the Commercial Director, highlighting performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a high performance culture that balances customer service with commercial results.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle conversion sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Organised, proactive, and resilient, with a genuine passion for driving results
- Strong leadership and coaching ability — able to develop and motivate individuals to higher performance.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales conversion and pipeline performance.
- Hands-on approach — confident selling directly and supporting others to do the same.
- Excellent understanding of HubSpot CRM (or similar), including reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- High level of commercial acumen — able to balance customer requirements with margin protection.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the relevant industry sector is essential
- Right to work in the UK

As demand for our van conversions continues to grow, we’re seeking a Van Sales Specialist to take ownership of new business development in this key market segment.
The Role
This is a new business role focused exclusively on selling van conversions.
You’ll identify, engage, and convert new customers across the UK — building relationships with fleets, leasing providers, and direct end users who require tailored van conversion solutions.
You’ll manage the complete sales process from prospecting to close, working closely with the commercial and production teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
This is a target-driven, high-activity role requiring initiative, resilience, and strong commercial understanding of the vehicle conversion space.

Generate new business opportunities for van conversions across target sectors including utilities, civils, fleets, brokers, and leasing providers.
Identify and qualify prospects, creating and executing structured outreach campaigns.
Manage the full sales process — from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and close.
Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure conversion feasibility, specification accuracy, and profitability.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring activity and conversion KPIs are met.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through consistent prospecting and closing performance.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Represent CPD professionally at trade events, customer visits, and industry functions.
Skills
- Proven track record in van or commercial vehicle conversion sales within a B2B environment (essential).
- Demonstrable success in winning new business and converting cold opportunities into sales.
- Strong understanding of van conversion products, customer applications, and build processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Confident user of HubSpot CRM (or similar), with disciplined pipeline and activity management.
- Commercially astute — able to balance customer requirements, specification, and margin.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-focused, with the drive to achieve results independently.
- Knowledge of the relevant industry sector is essential
- Right to work in the UK
