1. What delivery options do you offer?

CPD offer two main delivery options: customer collection from our designated locations or arranged transport to your specified address. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

2. How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the type of vehicle. 

3. What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs depend on the vehicle size, delivery location, and chosen service. 

4. Can I track my delivery? 

Yes! You can use our web based production portal to monitor website to monitor the progress of your vehicle build in real time.

5. What if my delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly. 

6. What should I do if my vehicle is damaged upon delivery?

In the unlikely event that your vehicle arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer support team with the photographs within 2 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the process and ensure your concerns are addressed.

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed with logistics.

8. What happens if I miss my delivery?

Please ensure someone is present at the delivery location to accept the vehicle or provide instructions on how to proceed. If the vehicle cannot be delivered you will still be charged the full delivery fee plus costs incurred for the return journey.

9. Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK.
