CPD’s Tom Pearson Appointed to HAE EHA Supply Chain Board

We are delighted to share that Tom Pearson, Commercial Director at CPD, has been appointed to the HAE EHA Supply Chain Board following the organisation’s 2025 AGM.

As an active member of Hire Association Europe (HAE), CPD values the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of businesses that support the hire and construction industries. Tom’s appointment takes that relationship further, giving us the chance to contribute more directly to industry-wide discussions around innovation, supply chain performance, and service standards.

Tom’s appointment recognises both his commercial leadership and CPD’s position as a trusted vehicle conversion partner to many in the hire sector. With over many years of experience in the hire industry, including senior roles at Hewden, Algeco (formerly Elliott Hire), and Speedy Services ,Tom brings a deep understanding of the challenges and priorities faced by hire businesses today.

While our core business lies in light commercial vehicles, there is a clear overlap in the values we share with HAE members - from a focus on reliability and safety to the importance of delivering operational efficiency. Joining the Supply Chain Board will allow CPD to share best practice from a different part of the supply chain, bringing a practical, customer-led perspective into conversations that shape the future of the hire industry.
